#OCHO (X Anniversary Special) - Italian Pils

Inspired by the wonderful Tipopils from Birrificio Italiano, we have developed this recipe for Italian Pils with our colleagues at La Canibal. Made with ERACLEA® malt from Weyermann grown in the Veneto region on the seashore, fermented with a classic lager yeast (Fermentis W 34/70), with a slightly more intense hopping of noble German hops and rested calmly, long and very cold in the lagering tank. It is a clean, fresh beer, with notes of sourdough bread and soft herbal aromas and white flowers. A classic- inspired delight and a twist on our passion for Pils.
