What are the shipping costs and delivery times?

  • Peninsula (within the national territory): Shipping costs not included in the RRP
    • 0-2kg = €6.10 (VAT included)
    • 2.01-3kg = €6.90 (VAT included)
    • 3.01-4kg= €7.10 (VAT included)
    • 4.01-5kg = €7.35 (VAT included)
    • 5.01-10kg = €9.00 (VAT included)
    • 10.01-15kg = €10.36 (VAT included)
    • 15.01-20kg = €11.89 (VAT included)
    • 20.01-25kg = €14.60 (VAT included)
    • 25.01-30kg = €16.23 (VAT included)
    • 30.01-40kg = €20.52 (VAT included)
    • 40.01-50kg = €24.74 (VAT included)
  • Canary Islands, Balearic Islands, Ceuta and Melilla: No shipments are made. Pick up at factory
Orders placed before 11:00 a.m. will normally be delivered within the next business day.

The rest will normally be delivered within two business days following its completion.

What company will deliver my order?

The shipping company in charge of transportation is SEUR , and the time for receiving the order is 24 hours from its formalization.

SEUR will only carry out 2 home delivery attempts. After these attempts, the package will remain for 10 days at the closest branch of the courier company so that you can pick it up or at the selected Pickup point. Once this period has ended, the package will be returned to the factory.

How can I track my order?

After placing the order, we will send you an email (check your spam folder) with confirmation of the order and once we remove it from the warehouse (it is not automatic, it can take 1 day taking into account the time difference and weekends), we will send you an email with the completed order with the link to "View order" and "track", there you will be directed to the link of the carrier associated with your order.

Can I return my order?

In accordance with current legislation, products can be returned, for whatever reason, within a period of 7 business days from receipt of the merchandise by the customer. To do this, the conditions set out on this conditions page must be met.

Return conditions for private customers

  • All merchandise must be returned in its original packaging with all the accessories it contains, in perfect condition and protected, avoiding stickers, seals or adhesive tapes directly on the surface or packaging of the item. Otherwise, CERVEZAS SANFRUTOS reserves the right to reject the return.

  • Once the merchandise is received and verified that it is in perfect condition, the refund of the amount will be processed if indicated.

  • Transportation costs incurred for the return will be borne by the customer.

  • Payments via bank transfer for returns will have a maximum period of 30 days for administrative procedures, although we try not to take more than 7 days.

General conditions

Once the order is confirmed and payment of the full amount indicated has been made, it will be processed and sent to the delivery address provided within a period of less than 24 hours. and a maximum of 48/72 hours in case of holidays or weekends.

Cervezas Segovia will do everything possible to ensure that the indicated delivery time is met, informing the Client via email or telephone of any circumstance that could affect the usual delivery time that they are aware of.

In the case of confirmed orders in which there are products with different delivery times, by default Cervezas Segovia will process the shipment when all the products are available, informing you in detail and punctually. You may request a first shipment with the products that are available at the time the order has been confirmed and a second when the remaining products are available. In this case, you will have to bear the additional cost of the second shipment.

At the time of delivery, you must carefully verify the condition in which the merchandise is delivered and the number of packages delivered as indicated on the carrier's delivery note. If there are errors in the delivery received or if it is visibly damaged, it is important that this be reflected in the carrier's delivery note and that these facts be reported to Cervezas Segovia, as well as to the transport agency, within the period of 24 hours and in writing via email to or by any other means. Important: Claims after 24 hours of delivery cannot be accepted.

Cervezas Segovia will not be responsible for any damages that may arise from the delay or non-delivery of the merchandise, especially for lost profits or any consequential damage or loss derived from delay or loss of production that, as a consequence of the delay, could suffer the Client.
