What payment method do you accept?

The accepted payment method is by credit and debit card, PayPal, GooglePay, ApplePay, Shopify Payments and bank transfer.

How can I track my order?

When you place your order you will receive an email at the email address you have provided us. It is likely that Seur will also send you an email when it has been collected from our warehouse and/or before delivering it to you.

How can I modify my order?

If you have already placed your order but want to make any changes, contact us as soon as possible through our email or by phone.

Do you ship outside of Spain?

For logistical reasons, we only ship our products nationwide on the peninsula. We do not ship to the Canary Islands, the Balearic Islands, Ceuta or Melilla.

Who can buy your products?

Our products are only sold to people over 18 years of age due to their alcoholic product category. We ensure that the buyer is always of legal age through the sales questionnaire and age gate.

How do I preserve beers?

Beer deteriorates with heat and light. Always store your beers in a vertical position, in a cold place protected from light. (The fridge!)

Beers with less alcohol, lighter in color, cloudy, with a lot of hops and/or fruits, can deteriorate or lose freshness quickly and do not usually improve over time, so it is better to enjoy them as soon as possible. The beers that are best preserved and even improve over time are usually dark beers with a medium/high alcohol content. (Black Gold, Barley Wine...)
