EL MINOTAURO - Northern DIPA
Emerging from our maze in the form of a Northern DIPA. Fermented with a new yeast strain to deliver a drier, livelier, and fresher profile without sacrificing the punch of a true Double IPA. Packed with Idaho 7, Citra, and Cascade hops, bursting with citrus, resinous, and dank aromas, rounded out by fresh notes of pineapple and mango. A full-on beer party.
