El Cañón is an incredibly crushable West Coast IPA, brewed in collaboration with our brothers over at La Quince. It’s clean, ultra-fresh, and boasts a smooth, moreish, dry bitterness. We’ve loaded it with the style’s classic hops (Columbus, Chinook, Centennial, and Cascade), delivering bold notes of pine, citrus, and that signature dank, spicy kick.
